2020 Annual General Meeting

The 2020 Annual General Meeting for Duncraig Edible Garden will be held on Saturday 1st August at 10 am in the forecourt of Duncraig Library.

The meeting usually takes less than 30 minutes. We will hear reports from the current committee and elect a new committee.

Current financial members of DEG are invited to nominate for any executive role or for general committee positions. The executive positions are Chair, Vice, Secretary and Treasurer. 

If you are not currently a financial member, you are very welcome to apply so that you can vote and stand for election to the committee.
Membership and Nomination forms will be available at DEG on (DEG day) Saturday mornings 4th and 18th of July.
Check with Kath to find out if your membership is current. (Membership is for each calendar year)

Please bring something to share for morning tea or for the “share the harvest table”.

(The Library will be opening on Saturdays again from 4th July, so we will also have access to the loos, hooray!)
